Case 18: TB Spine

75 years female suffering from mid back pain and low grade fever for last six months. For last one month she lost power of her both legs and was unable to stand and walk. The back pain was so severe that she could not even seat for a while.

She visited several doctors in last six months but without any improvement. Then she visited Dr. Saikat Sarkar and was diagnosed as a case of TB of Dorsal Spine and was operated. She was put on Anti Tubercular Drugs.
